Step 1 - Guest(s) are meet at the airport (harbour or train station) by an English (or requested language) speaking transferman holding a name board at the exit...

Step 2 - Guest(s) are greeted and welcomed, name and destination (hotel name) is double checked, lagguage is taken care of...
Step 3 - Guest(s) are assisted to the vehicle ready at the exit, lagguage is carried and placed in the vehicle, a welcome kit is ready in the vehicle...
Step 4 - On the way to the hotel (or other) brief explanation on usefull issues and guests program is given...
Step 5 - On arrival to the hotel, porters are taking care of the luggage. The guest(s) are assisted during the check-in procedures. Our staff waits untill the guest(s) see their room and wishes a pleasant stay... The transfer staff  is responsible to assist with all questions, any problems or requests...

Regular Transfer - Incase there are other guests arriving with flights fifteen minutes before or after guest(s) arrival time, the transfer is made together. So a waiting time may occur.

Private Transfer - Guest(s) are directly transferred as the car and staff would be assigned fully for their service.
Deluxe Transfer - Transferman is in suite, vehicle is a deluxe type private car (Opel Vectra, Mercedes or similar), drinks are served on the way.

Delight Transfer - Transferman is in suite, vehicle is a deluxe Limousine or Classic American type private car, drinks are served on the way.

Transportation On Own...

HAVAS airport bus - Havas is the private company responsible for airport - city center / city center  - airport transport arrangements by bus. The company operates in major airports all over Turkey, have a set schedule and change a perperson rate different in every city .

Airport Taxi - Taxis are mostly yellow colored (Orange in Istanbul airport) in Turkey. They all have "taxi meters" mentioning the rate. In some cities the rates are set for specific points in the center. Taxi arrangements are also possible for through handicapped taxi .
