The Sait Halim Pasha Yali, on the upper European shore at Yenikoy, is one of the best-preserved of the empire-style yalis.

There are two gates leading to the selamlik and harem from the quay. The two lion statues in front of the Selamlik gate is why the mansion is also referred to as the "Mansion of the Lions" by the public. The 200 sq. meters harem is decorated in the empire style and has a capacity of 120 people for private events.

"Hunting in the Desert" painted in Egypt by F.A. Clement in 1865. The Ceremonial Hall is an ideal place for weddings and private events. The hall has a capacity of 104 for dinner and 120 for cocktails.

Golden Hall: The room was named the Golden Hall because all original furnishings and decorations were made in gold. Golden Hall, Japanese and Venetian are suitable for meals between 15 to 40 people and cocktails for 18 to 50 people.

Grand Hall: The hall has a ceiling which is baroque in spirit The walls are divided into Panels framed with gilded stucco relief with inscriptions on them. The Grand Hall is 125sq. Meters and can hold 100 people for diner and 140 people for meetings.
The Quay of the mansion has a capacity to host 700 people and the garden 600 people in all a total of 1300 guests for weddings and other private events. 1500 people can be hosted for cocktails.
Harem Garden: A glass covered hall has a capacity of 480 dinning and 500 meeting style.

Thanks to yet another spectacular hillside setting (just above the Sunset Grill & Bar), the views from the semi-circular verandah are unbeatable. Models make eyes with moguls against an opulent Oriental backdrop, decked with muslin drapes and lit by oil lamps. The restaurant is immaculately designed by local nightlife impressario Metin Fad?ll?o?lu and his interior designer wife, Zeynep, who make gracious hosts.

The Feriye Restaurant has gained a special reputation over the last 14-15 years offering its guests delectable dishes from Ottoman cuisine.

Wellknown cheff prepares post modern Ottoman Cousine.The dishes are prepared in line with their original recipes with seasonal changes. Long- lost recipes from Ottoman cuisine dating back from the 12th-14th centuries unto the 19th century are offered in a modern setting.
