Despite being eclipsed by newer, trendier joints, Vogue has managed to retain its stylish clientele and high standards. It is simply the awe-inspiring view, overlooking the millions of sparkling lights of a thousand-year-old city, an incomparable, breathtaking panorama of towers, minarettes, domes and the ships gliding over the Bosporus’ dark waters. Though curiously situated on the top floor of an office block, the restaurant serves sophisticated Californian-fusion and freshly prepared sushi. Afterwards, dip into the excellent cocktail menu at the adjacent bar. Reservations are still essential at weekends.
