Boğaziçi Borsa, located at the best spot of Istanbul’s most important convention centre, the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Convention & Exhibition Centre, serves up to 300 guests in their modern and chique restaurant and their terrace. Filling the lack of presentation of the Turkish Cusine, the restaurant’s chefs and personnel have been trained by chefs from New York, a first in Turkey, to bring a new presentation style to the Turkish food.

Thus classic Turkish food gained a Western presentation preserving their original taste. The restaurant made a success of being the only establishment to serve Turkish food in Western standards.

Boğaziçi Borsa Restaurant has become a member of “Chaine Des Rotisseurs”, The French Gastronomy Union Rotisseur Chain Association and has been awarded many times for its contribution to the Turkish cuisine since its establishment.
